When in Paris, the Eifel tower has to feature on at least one picture. One of the options to take in the beauty of the Eifel Tower is to “temporarily” park a car on the bridge Alexandre III. This gives you a direct view on the Eifel Tower. On the other side of the Pont Alexandre III you see the Ecole Militaire. Another great monument to feature prominently in the photo shoot.
This bridge is located on the other side of the Eifel Tower. This bridge has two levels, one for cars & pedestrians and the second for the Metro. What makes this bridge unique are the steel beams and the stone arch in the middle. The Jean d’Arc sculpture rounds of this exceptional photo spot.
The Louvre and its glass pyramid are known throughout the world. As an added bonus, you can drive right past the Louvre. If traffic is not too heavy, it is possible to sneak in a quick picture session with the pyramid in the background. While close to the Louvre, why not use this opportunity for more pictures in the Tuileries Garden. This is a 10 minute walk. In the meantime, our driver will take the car and pick you up at the Place de la Concorde overviewing the Champs-Elyssees and the Arc de Triomphe.
The Rue Cremieux is close to the Gare de Lyon in the 12th Arrondissement. Although, this little street is car-free, it makes a fantastic photo backdrop. The history behind this street dates back to 1865. We have been told, this little street is similar to Portobello Road in London, the Burano Island in Venice or Valparaiso in Chili.
The front entrance of Notre Dame is usually busy. We suggest going to the small park behind Notre Dame. We drop you off at the park’s entrance and let you discover another “lock bridge” in Paris rather than the touristy Pont des Arts.
Obviously, there are many more amazing photos locations in Paris. These are just a few of our favorite spots, which are easily accessible by car. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
